About We Thank Thee O God For a Prophet#
We Thank Thee O God for a Prophet is a hymn from the hymnbook of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, sung there as thanks for a living prophet. I am not a member of that church myself. The song came to me as a recommendation, and I tabbed it out so it would be here for anyone who wants it.
It is a longer piece, eight lines and 75 notes. The melody stays between D and high D and uses two sharps, F# and high C#. It never needs the small sub-holes, but the top of the tune opens the thumb holes for high C# and high D, so those two notes are the ones worth practicing on their own.
