About Davy Jones from Pirates of the Caribbean#
There are several cool songs in the Pirates of the Caribbean films, and this is the theme for Davy Jones, the captain of the Flying Dutchman. Hans Zimmer wrote it for Dead Man’s Chest, and in the film Jones plays it himself on a huge pipe organ aboard his ship. It is a slow, brooding waltz with a lot of longing in it.
This tab is a good reason to own a 12-hole. It drops to low B, which needs one of the small sub-holes closed, and a 6-hole cannot play that note at all. At the other end it rises to high E, so the thumb holes open too. Along the way the F# appears, also written as Gb. Seven lines, so take your time.
